What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I finally got around to sharpening this knife, the Queen/Dan Burke collaboration Rancher. As everyone knows it is usually a major PITA sharpening a Queen knife. This one was no different. But the effort was worth it and the blade is very sharp now, just in time to open presents on Christmas day.

I have got this guy from the 70s.
Tell me what it is called
(I had purchased a Gerber Mark II but returned as too aggressive and got this one instead)

I also have a very small version of it also from the 70s

They were callled "folding sportsman" I II and III.
You don't hear much about them but I absolutely love mine.

I'm at my parents' for Christmas, and unlike me, my brother knows how to use a camera well, so I had him take a picture for me:

That's a gorgeous Queen, do you mind sharing more info on it? Steel, age, etc.

That is one of the Cozy Glen Queen City canoes in 1095 steel. Both blades were on a single backspring. It is approximately 3 5/8" long closed. They came out around 2005. They came in four bone offerings: Crimson, Amber Worrmgroove, Strawberry and Antique Greenbone. Really good fit & finish, thin, pocketable with a good carbon steel. Simply outstanding knives! If you can find one, get it!

Still carrying the Menefee dogleg which I can pinch open while my broken thumbnail continues to grow back.

Thanks, you have me sold on them.

Home today for 2 nights off the night shift, doing some projects around the homestead. So today I'm using my SAK and a 3 bladed Schrade Old Timer 2171OT. Love the locking screwdriver blade.

Im carrying my G.E.C Jack. I love this knife, and just cannot stop looking at it..developing a awesome patina to the blades now...the main blade needs a touch up now with a sharpen..as Im no good, my mate Cossack will recieve it in the mail with his new Wild Turkey from Kershaw. :)
I would like to thank Charlie once again for this fantastic knife..its pretty darn close to a perfect edc as far as I am concerned.

I think Green and Red are good colors for this time of year. I'll be carrying these 2 for the rest of the week.

For the last couple of weeks I carried my Buck 110 on the belt and a Case Mini Trapper in my right front pockets of the jeans...

Schrade USA 897UH today. I really love this size and style of stockman. And to think that a few months ago I did not even like this pattern. Now I have one in my pocket almost every day and find that it has the perfect combination of blades. The traditional traditional for sure!
