What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Stephen, your #38 looks very classy, and Jake, the Davison is a knockout! What is the blade steel?

Jeff - thanks! GEC really did a fine job on this one.

Jake - congratulations on picking up that Davison. I agree with Jeff, it's a real knockout!

Good morning, folks - a happy Friday to you all!

An important holiday here in (catholic) Germany, Karfreitag - Easter Friday so no meat may be eaten today... just fish

Last years Blade Forums genius in the backpocket

and this setup for frontpocket carry

I really like the color of the Chestnut SBJ Andi ! :thumbup:;):)

Coffin Jack for me today

Nice choice Marko ! ;):D

This Case Saddlehorn last night (worked a builder show) but switching to short pants today for the long weekend - it will be something lighter. OH

A real beauty OH ! :thumbup::thumbup::)

Jeff - good looking Eureka Jack. I can't help with the shield name as I don't think I've seen it used before either. Very unique. :thumbup:

+1 :thumbup::)

I'm carrying this ebony #38 Whittler which was delivered yesterday. I'm really liking it so far.

I am liking it too Stephen. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::)

I thought I might carry a Case slipjoint today!

Carried it yesterday too. I forgot how easy it is to touch up that CV steel with just a strop.

I went for a walk enjoying the nice weather on this free day and had this one with me.

Sturzi, is that a long pull spear with walnut handles? Nice mammut pack also. Hope the weather is good for the wall for you this week.

Jeff, I really like that Eureka. Very cool and a lot of unique features to it.

Today, I'm going to carry the Davison Barlow I just got in. 3-3/4", dyed box elder burl, coined liners and file worked spring. Much more than I thought it was going to be from the pictures. It's absolutely wonderful.

Wow wow wow is that gorgeous!

Nice little Case slip-joint JC. I got my little Case Delrin Medium Jack in my pocket today backed up with my yeller Case slip-joint Peanut. That Case Delrin Jack gets more pocket time lately.

Steel is ATS34. I'm going to find myself driving around picking up cans to start building funds for the next one!

Smithhammer - two beauties today. I especially like the Whitetail.

sturzi - I hope you're enjoying your free day. Very nice choice on your carry for the day.

John - I too thought about carrying a Case slipjoint today, but in the end, couldn't resist carrying the new #38 Whittler that I just received yesterday. Kudos to you on a fine choice though. :thumbup:

Well to be honest I am going to also be carrying a Victorinox slipjoint and a Great Eastern Cutlery slipjoint today. But I've posted enough pics of the Vic and I don't have any pics of the GEC (a #12 Powderhorn Jack) so I just used my stock photo of the 63032.

I'll probably switch to this one for the Seder tonight.
