What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Case canoe with stag handle.

VERY nice, Shadow!!:thumbup: I'm currently "in lust with" canoes, and I don't know why!:confused::o

...
The dream team again...

Easy to see why you're so committed to that pair, Jeff!:cool:

...For some reason I am always a little Blue on Mondays :D
...

That color on your equal-ender is stunning, Ron!:thumbup:

No folder for me today, for the first time in as long as I can remember.
...

Totin' the #36 today:
...

Smithhammer, are you making up for yesterday's missing folder by carrying that monster?? :p:p Your average weight of folder per day must be pretty high, even with a "day off".

...I carried this dashing duo yesterday, quite fitting for a Sunday if I may say so myself. ...

Goodness Gracious, but that MOP Queen is incredible!!!:eek::thumbup::thumbup:

Per your request : The back yard is a little too shaded for the earlier pictures but the ones showing the color variations in the Ox Horn slabs are from in the bright sun.
...

...

Harry, this is fantastic! I love the way the ox horn makes it look like the light is coming from inside it!:thumbup::eek: Just floors me every time I see a photo like that! (The slide rule is a NICE touch in some of your other pics; I was always a Pickett guy. ;))

Still loving this one lately for weekend carry
...

Absolutely gorgeous knife, Shane! :cool::thumbup:

...Something small and simple that works hard for its meager wages but does good work
...
Dave, I REALLY like your Old Timer!!:cool: I'm not very "up on" OT numbers though :o; what model is that one??

...I'm slipping my mini Douk-Douk in my pocket today, along with my Radio Jack, which is also owed some pocket time :)
...

Great choices, Jack! :thumbup::thumbup:

Silver Script Sowbelly
...

Here's something I don't see every day (oh, wait a minute, yes I do): a stunning stockman from black mamba! :D:thumbup::thumbup: You must have a million knock-out stockman knives, Jeff!:eek: If someone said to me, "Script shield and purple color; what do you think?", I'd probably have replied, "Not that interested." But seeing this photo changes my entire outlook on life! :D:D

Among my knives for this week are BOTH of these; I haven't carried the Pioneer and Electrician together before:

Ka-Bar Coppersmith Dog's Head Barlow (my first classic traditional knife):

I was pleasantly surprised to find that despite weighing three ounces this knife carries well in dress pants.

Was on the water at 6:00 a.m. this morning. Dropped the Scout in my pocket, before going out the door. Unfortunately, a cold front moved through just before I got there. :o

Enjoyed the morning and my late breakfast at the diner though. ;):D

Thanks my friend, looks like you're ready to take on the world! ;)

Thanks David. Likewise with the Washington Jack.
Funny though, my 15 is actually Orange Camel Bone. I like the fact that it's actually a nice red coloring.

Slipped it into my jeans pocket yesterday evening and I'll be carrying it today and quite a few more days I suspect.

Yes, I think the listing was "Blood Red Orange" (though I could be mistaken) - thus the range of colors I've seen. But, the long and short of it is - that's a VERY nice piece! Congrats my friend!

Cool pic Jim, you've inspired me to put my Mini Douk in my pocket
Thank you Jack !!! I'm finding the Douk-Douk to be a surprisingly useful and practical fit for me. This slim/flat, lightweight knife hides and rides nicely in my pocket. Of the two I have, the traditional gunmetal one has slightly better walk 'n talk as well as fit and finish. Although I really wanted to like the chromium nickel Douk-Douk best, the gunmetal has become most endearing LOL

Just look at all this beautiful cutlery!! I can honestly say I have missed dropping in on this thread.

Shane that shot is making me ready to get off work and get in the yard.

Headed to visit with legendary knife maker, Gayle Bradley, today. Gotta keep it Texas made :)

Very nice gentlemen

I have yet to get a full-sized one Jim, but the two I have, the one I'm carrying today and the Squirrel, I really like. I've always thought the blade-shape looked very odd, but when you get it in hand, the cut-outs make perfect sense don't they? :)
