What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just got it, had to tote it.

That has great grain in the Cocolbolo and the color is sweet.
I just received my 73 Osage Orange and it's in my pocket. I will take a pic and post it.

Looks like I'll be getting the Cocobolo one too. Good thing I like beans and rice.....everyday. :o

Thanks Mark. I already had the micarta Tidioute, so I had to make a choice on the woods handles. I have others I want, coming up. Ketchup soup for me.

^ Nice. I wasn't aware of that one from 2013. I have a Stag handled 2013 #73 Trapper style. It was my first GEC knife. I was drawn to the pattern and drop point blade.

Eureka Jack was with me today. I really like that little fine knife :)
An underrated pattern - IMO!

I agree, I like how the coping blade makes a choil with the main. Is the corner sharp or did they knock them down a bit?
I just got one in, the 92 talon spearpoint and it really lends itself as a slim pocketable yet large capable knife that is comfortable in all grips.

Well, the choil has the typical sharping notch. As it should be. What do you mean with a sharp choil? Are we talking about the kick - which is also perfectly executed on mine.
All in all the workmanship on my #92 is great. I like that broad bellied spear point blade in combination with the straight edged coping.

Ah my apologies, yes I meant the kick. I was wondering if the corner would be a sharp 90' degree if you gripped your index hard on the space in between. The workmanship on the 92 I have is astounding as well. Switched up my knife to be toted today to the 2014 Bladeforums 77 from the several I received in the post. I'm sold on the bladeforums knives now.

I had Mr. Beaver Tail along for the ride today. To be a big knife I am always amazed at how well it fits the pocket :D

Thank you again Paul for providing a mod on the #77 I really love!

David, you are very welcome and your generosity is very much appreciated. You went above and beyond by gifting me that wonderful ebony Sheepfoot #15:cool::thumbup:

Have a great weekend:)
