Great pic Gary
Love this thread, but it sure is hard to keep up with it if my "routine" gets interrupted!
I know what you mean GT!

Thanks for the info, Jack. My view of museum security may be overly-influenced by a time many years ago when the Dead Sea Scrolls came to our local public museum, and the Israeli security that accompanied the exhibit made it very clear to me that a little keychain Classic knock-off would not be tolerated anywhere near their antiquities!!![]()
Oh I dare say it'll come here too GT, probably only budget cuts to thank for the current state of things. By coincidence, one of my school RE (Religious Education) teachers (Miss Eyre) was one of the Dead Sea Scroll translators and would talk about her work, and the accompanying security regularly. She did work for the British, Israeli, US, and Russian governments, and would generally be locked in a heavily guarded closet - she reckoned that the Russians were the most laid back!

Nice combo, Jack; I envy your ability to see everything in black and white today!:thumbup:As I mentioned in another thread, I so enjoy seeing your Maserin occasionally; thanks!
Another knife I've been carrying this week is a faux tortoise shell Canyon Creek sunfish.

My wife and I traveled to Birmingham today to meet up with my daughter for Fathers Day weekend.
I am traveling light just in case of some new surprises in honor of the occasion

I've been carrying ebony all week and decided to again today, although this one's a bit older. I hope all of you have a great weekend.

Fantastic Stephen, that ebony has a strong pull doesn't it?!

Despite the strong and alluring pull of some very nice ebony, I'm moving away from the Dark Side today, and going with some stag
