What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I'm heading to the Adirondacks for the weekend, so I'm covering all bases today. The Remington R-4 and the Buck 301, both beautifully made by Camillus. They're both big and heavy, with more blades than you can shake a stick at. I've got me a spear blade, and coping blade, a clip blade, a sheepsfoot blade and a spey blade. If that isn't enough, I have a can opener, a cap lifter and a wood saw. My pants may be too heavy to stay up, but I will not be underknifed!!!

Wait for glue to dry , clean up the mess , and by Christmas it will be full of Northfields to choose from on a dailey basis.

All set!!!

Love that Buck 301 USA buzzbait, have fun. If it is hot like it is in Colorado...will need that caplifter.

my carry today
Old Timer...my dad's, with one of my wife's quilts she so covets...both are old ones.

I am extremely jealous Buzzbait, I've wanted to go back to the adirondacks all summer now. Hopefully by August I'll go upstate there. Have a great time! Nice scout :D

Harry - that turned out really nice - just three to go to fill er up !:thumbup::D

Thanks Primble !!!! and TJ3 !!!!!
Yes I do prefer singles now . Less material , Less labor , Lower weight , and Less cost . I have a plenty multiple bladed Knives , but I guess I did change my preference.

Harry you could park them Katey-cornered and get in twice as many!

Thanks for the suggestion but it started out to be a slot for every day of the week , then it went to 1 more for my EDC the Old Tan 77 , then I got the 73 and I like it too much to leave out of my pocket. Then I reserved 1 of the new 83's and 2 more 77's . So I can filler up with NORTHFIELDS only. You just have to adjust the Plan as you go.

Some lovely carries folks. Running on empty here after a very long and very hot working day, which isn't over yet, haven't even eaten today, but as I was was slipping out the door early this morning, I felt kind of strangely off-balance, and realised I'd forgotten my knife!! Quickly went back and slipped the RJ in my pocket :)

Best wishes to you and the missus for the happy event Brett, hope all goes well
