OOOOO Elliot,

A few of my favorites of all time!. Nice!

Now, you had to go and say that, I recon you are going to make me slip this old early 1970's 6308 Swell-Center Serpentine Whittler in my pocket.. If I use her tonight, it will be the first time.. cause.. shhhhhhhhh, (whispering)she's a virgin:eek:.:D

Ive got a small handfull of these and I love 'em all.

That's a beauty, Anthony. She sure looks ready to do her duty but I guess I could understand if she didn't.

The 6380 wasn't mint so it was no biggie sharpening it up to a razor's edge on the three blades.

The 6318 was mint but I couldn't bear the blades not being as sharp as they should be and it'd be a shame not to carry that little red bone beauty anyway.

Camillus Official BSA Whittler (it's more of a swell-center, but they named it) and a Case Copperhead Wharncliffe in blue bone.

Both are favorites.

Case-Bose "Dogleg" jack followed later by a Case (8 Dot, 1972) "3299 1/2", Swell-End Jack (yellow handle)

I'm still carrying the Vic Sentry. It's hard to imagine a more elegant knife (elegant in its simplicity). Imagine those elongated oval scales in mother of pearl or obsidian.

I am toting Kerry Hampton's little swayback in ivory today.
It is a perfect size for office carry at 3.25", sharp enough to shave a mouse while it is sleeping without waking it up (paraphrase from Jerry Fisk).

It is the first non-fossilized ivory I have carried. Very light and rides well in slacks.

No purse is involved in the carrying of this puppy, but it does have it's own pocket and will not be sharing it with anything but pocket lint!

Well its gett'n to be afternoon / evening and just did a complete pocket dump in favor of one here, a vintage Case XX early '70's Canoe pattern to help me cut some cherry tomatoes, amongst other veggie types to cut and prepare for my famous southern tossed salad.. Its time to get the fire going for the Saturday B-B-Q don'tcha know..

Got it from a fine bf.com member here in this forum a while back.. :)

I got a 40's (early 50's) Schrade-Walden stockman in the pocket today.

For me it's a Case 6347 Stockman. :)

And a Buck 110, on my Belt. I'd post a picture of the 110 too, but everyone knows what they look like. :D

Guess what?

Yup, Still that circle C bluegrass bone Case peanut. Augmented with the '85 Remington Moose("Woodsman") my backwoods knife. Took it along since i planned to do some firewood cutting, but it didn't see service all day. Peanut saw action working on the truck and at dinner...

G.

Today it is the Case 6247H in Amber bone. This is the 47 pattern with the gut hook. I picked it up at a local Flea market for $25.00.

Bone Stag Peanut is back in my Pocket. Funny, I think I've carried my Peanut more AFTER I concluded the one knife experiment then when I started it.

Today is a recently purchased Case Indian Stag Medium Stockman #197. Today we went to a movie and on the way we saw a work truck for a business and on the back of it was the number 197 in black letters. Weird.
