Nice work on that Opinel Duane

Thanks, my friend. It was way bright...but I tried.

I am glad you managed to find another stump :)

I've got an early start tomorrow, as I'm going to visit ADEE and ScruffUK. Got a bag full of recent acuisitions to take with me, and this Joseph Haywood in my pocket :)

Thanks Jack :) I've been meaning to ask you about Scruff...say hi for me.

P.S. I've got to agree with Gevo on that Joseph Haywood! I love the old school kick on that beauty

Jack - That Haywood is a jewel  Enjoy your trip :)

Back home for the afternoon so I dropped this MAM in the pocket. It is so light I can hardly tell it is even there

Ron thanks - The Fremont Jack has a bit of extra weight, which I love in hand but not as much in pocket (although it doesn't really bother me). Really like the sleeveboard shape and thickness - fits perfectly in my med size hand.

Since I'm a big sheepsfoot fan, I really dig the MAM - I need to get one of those. does the liner lock push button get in the way when using it?

So last week i was in a thrift store the knife God's presented me with this deal all for 10$

Who am I to deny such a great deal. I have been getting into restoring knives. I have finish all but two. I haven't finished the kutmaster stockman or the genco razor. The marbles skinner on top was a bit rusty with a broken tip, and loose handle. It now looks like this.

All that's left to do is build a nice scout sheath she's ready for the field.

Great knives everyone, I am always amazed and thankful when I jump on and check them out.:D

Just got this Scout in the mail so I thought I would post it with my daily driver (73) and my Fathers 66 year old Cub Scout membership card.
