Back to the mini copperhead today. A new picture...

There are some blade scuffs that don't show in the photo, but you can see that the pivot pins are beginning to show from pocket wear on the bolsters. This is the finest small pocket knife design that I've ever had, even though the knife itself is not a perfect example (pretty ugly gap at the backspring).

Carrying the Tennessee Jack today. I'm not as manly as I used to be so I had to send it back to Kdawg to girlie up the springs a bit. Now the pull is perrrrffeeeccttt.

And a close-up of what is in my opinion the best looking stag on any knife. It's amazing what you can find at the bottom of a crate at Blade Show on Thursday mornings...screw that stuff sitting on the tables. You gotta be sneaky :)

Ed, I love that mini.
Do you think it would be a good carry for a guy who's not used to carrying a knife?

I hope that you and Ed don't mind my stepping in here. I think it would be a fantastic knife for someone like that. It is a wonderful little knife with really handy and easily sharpened blades. It is also very nice to look at and handle.

Coming from someone who's owned one, I'd say certainly. It's a super handy pattern that's easy to carry and non threatening to non-knife folks.

Johnny, as you can see from others that have chimed in (always welcome by the way), it's a great little pocket knife. This is the knife that has hijacked my pocket many more times than any other knife in my accumulation. And, I have a fair number of knives and a bunch of different patterns. If you get one (and you should), it will steal your heart like it did mine. If you get one and decide you don't like it just send me an email. - Ed
