What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

In a tribute to wilgoy's give away, I am carrying the second cut antique bone mini copperlock he gave me last year. Shown here with the second cut antique bone wharncliffe mini trapper I won in Jason's give away last year as well. Both wonderful knives and given me by two great forum friends.

Luciano, it would be hard to beat that! Both of them wonderful knives. I have been truly blessed with finding this forum and, even more so, the wonderful folks that I've "met" here.

Theblindog, I've got one of those in my sights now. As far as Case SBJs go that's up there with the "best of the rest". I have the Chestnut bone, CV already and that particular version is the one I want "next".

I'm carrying the Northwoods Scagel folder with brown buffalo bone in my chest pocket today. I normally wouldn't carry this to work, but I haven't been able to leave it at home since I got it

Here you can see the color difference in the two scales, I like the contrast personally. I feel like it gives the knife more character

1970's Queen Winterbottom single blade jack. Last night I reprofiled to 18degrees/side with a micro-bevel touch-up and it now cuts like crazy! Since I eliminated the blade wobble this has been a great knife to use. Whoever had it before used it to pry because the blade was very loose and is also slightly bent. It is back in service though.

Good un on ya, tomsch! I admire a fellow that'll put a little effort into a fine slipjoint knife like this old sweet Queen Jack. I've always enjoyed the look and feel of Winterbottom Bone scales too, whether they be authentic or derlin. Well done! Very  indeed!

Here is a similar such case. A Stockman pattern that just doesn't present herself much these days..

.. A three line Camillus old model # 64. I have been EDC'n her since it was gifted to me by a fine friend along with several others at a B-B-Q last Friday evening. She had almost no blade wobble but was filled with lint and other pocket dirt so I used my compressor and tire nozzle to blow her as clean as 140psi will do and took the blades to the leather belt for a good stroping.. I reckon I could polish her up some(maybe).. Either way she will never be a fancy-handsome Dan, but she has got what it takes to work, and work hard! Her old hi-carbon steel and superb blade grind is the combination that just won't let one down when its time for chores..

6347 in molasses bone, arrived this morning
great looking but with bad balde sharpening that will give me something to work on

Tomsch, good job on fixing up that Queen. I'm beginning to appreciate that kind of project myself.

Maxx, I know how you feel about that Case. I've gotten a couple that it seemed they decided not to put a point on the blade; myself, I kinda like a point. That dark molasses bone is really nice to look at; it should make a really nice pocket knife once you get the blade edge like you want it.

Elliott, that Eye brand stockman looks nice and up to any task. Thanks for sharing.

I don't carry this one very often but it found it's way into my pocket this morning. Case/Bose Dogleg Jack:
