  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

For T-Bone Tuesday, I've got this pair of old Robesons.
Love the steel on these, really great stuff, and the bone is warm & smooth.

Here's one for the books. I haven't carried any knife since approximately 5:00 AM, Tuesday, 25 August. That's when I went into PRE-OP for a total left knee replacement and they stipped me naked (one heck of a sight), put one of those gowns on me that shows the world your south end and wheeled me off to surgery. My wife took my jeans with my wallet, keys, change, and knives with her to the waiting room. I haven't worn a pair of pants since and the same knives are in my jeans as that morning. Oh well, looking forward to wearing pants again and carrying my knives again - maybe in a couple/three weeks.

Who'd a thunk it. Modoc ED without a knife on him.:eek:

Thanks Ron. Tim hooked me up on the IRJ. He "felt bad for an old codger". :D
I like your 47 Hayin' Helper. I'm looking forward to the new run of those.

Swift healing to you, ED. Follow your PT instructions!

I've had both mine done. As r8shell says, PT is the key. Don't be afraid to push it hard. Good luck Ed.

Wishing you a quick recovery Modoc! Beautiful knives today all, I couldn't decide today so my first time with 3 at once :)

I've carried this Scout for years but never let it patina. I found myself without a knife for lunch today so I went for it. I guess it's all over now.

Bet you felt naked in more than one way without a knife on ya. My dad had the same surgery a week after you. Hope your recovery goes well Ed. All the best.

Carrying this one today.
