Got his one in today from a knife maker on the Exchange. I love the rustic feel it has. Need to make me a leather lanyard.

That knife is really easy to like Primble. The 3/16 Blade must make it feel very solid.

The HSB looks like a fine carry!! Enjoy!

I am enjoying the old thing. It seems Brantford Cut. Co. U.S.A. ...was a trademark used by the Butler Brothers from 1896-1930. They used the slogan "Warranted Never Dull". I found a picture of a box on another site

Thanks Gev :) Love those old boxes.

Ooh I love cats!
Cuts like a knife LOL
This is the third one I've had and the only one with acceptable (to me) fit and finish. Out of the box/bag, good blade centering when closed, no blade play what so ever anywhere and good blade/handle alignment when open. I think the guy I got it from (first time ordering), cherry picked it for me after discussing some common issues with the cats. Of course, the gold paint within the stamping soon came off like it did with all others, but I don't mind that at all. This cat is a good kitty.

Looking good Jake!

Just lovely, Jack!
I've missed out on some good stuff lately, I see. ;)

Thanks my friend, nice to see one of your Italian stilettos. Hope you're keeping well

Very nice Duane, Hartkopf makes a classy knife

Beautiful knife Gev

Primble, that looks like a well crafted and very sturdy knife.:thumbup:

+1. Nice catch

Full of cold today, but have these two in my pockets

Shot from Sunday pm....just so you all know I am not downing a beverage at 9:02 am :) The #76 has been a constant carry for a couple of weeks now.

Choice antler on both of those for sure! But why does the fixed have copper liners? Is it decorative or is it a kind of 'washer' ensuring the stag adheres better? Looks very nice though:cool:
