Choice antler on both of those for sure! But why does the fixed have copper liners? Is it decorative or is it a kind of 'washer' ensuring the stag adheres better? Looks very nice though
Regards, Will
Thanks, Chris. I don't carry Mace's knife as much as I should. It's a really hefty, handy cutter. Just too many knives to choose from I guess.Very nice choices for the day Gary. I enjoy seeing both. That piece by Mace is too cool. Thanks for sharing both.

For T-Bone Tuesday, I've got this pair of old Robesons.
Love the steel on these, really great stuff, and the bone is warm & smooth.

Beautiful knives and photos today!I took this old gentleman to work with me today.
This is the 2nd of 3 recent gun show finds. This old Hibbard Spencer Bartlett and Co. Cattle Knife
is still a very solid old knife. With a lot of character and life left in it. The blades all have Half/Stops
and are still factory tight. Someone has did a number on the secondary blade so I don't really know what it
was, I suspect it was a spey originally. The master may have been tipped somewhere in its life, if it has
the person that reground it did a perfect job on it. The punch is the first I have seen of this type.
All in all a great old companion to have in the pocket.

Awesome pic! Love that patina, Corgi, and Hobo ring. That is a ring Steve West creation...isn't it? I adored my Corgi as well - seems like a lifetime ago that I had her.
