Gevo - A work of art in more than one way. Print that one, find a fitting frame, and auction it off at an art gallery good sir. :thumbup:

Carried my trusty Ken Coats Jack today. (and yes, I carry a coin pouch) :D

I've carried a coin pouch just like that for 30+ years (except it's black). I get ribbed for being "an old man" for it, but I don't see who couldn't like them! :D

PS: And a pocket watch also! :thumbup:

Very nice, Gev!

Thank you kindly, Rick!

Brett, I was listening to Above and Beyond Acoustic - Full Concert on Youtube and was inspired:D I think you would enjoy the music. Jack Black lead me to it with his post of Annie Drury( she sings with them)...just spledid music...play it for your lovely wife. I really appreciate your kind comment, my friend:D:thumbup::D

It's been a while for me too. :) I remember when I got my first one. I was still in the Army and I got out in 1982. Been using them daily ever since. I go through them pretty fast. The one in the picture is probably my twentieth one or something like that. Glad to hear that I'm not the only one. I never see anybody using one anymore these days.

I just got the pocket watch in April but I carry it daily too. It's a 1923 Bunn Special from the Illinois Watch Company which used to be right here in my hometown long before I was even born. It's a very special piece to me.

Now for some knife content. I think this old Remington will spend the workday with me tomorrow. A recent post has got me wanting to carry it.

is it a trick of the lighting or do the sawcut lines change direction in the middle of that cover?

They actually do change on the mark side, but, one direction on the pile side. :cool::)

Ok ok ok, I promise to carry something different tomorrow....it will be wooden Wednesday...

Nice pic Jake ! :thumbup::) ( I seen where you got a brother coming ) :eek::D

Nice soup ! :thumbup::thumbup::D

That's right Rob...got a brother coming for sure. If I was married I'd have to skip one knife purchase to build a doghouse...I'd be spending a lot of time in it haha. It would be wi-fi capable of course.

Nice ancient by the way, the subtle sawcut marks are real nice!!
