That's looking great Lemmy

I knew you had a traditional knife tree in your backyard Gev! ;)

Too true! :D

Gorgeous photo Jack. That one really made me smile. :) I hope you had an enjoyable trip to Sheffield.

Many thanks Stephen, I absolutely love that old Haywood, just a magical knife, and quite different from anything else I have :) I had a tooth pulled in Sheffield, annoying as I think it could have been avoided, and returned home on the next train :( I'm glad you made it back home alright my friend, and that is a nice surprise to come back to

I've had such a busy week, and it's not slowed down yet. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Carrying my Davison to brighten up my day :)

Thanks JP! Well, yes up here's it's minus at night already and nearly same daytime so, they turned orange and I grew another:cool::eek::D

I don't know if I'll get a chance to carve a pumpkin today, but just in case:

A great looking combo Jerry D. Curious what's the little fixed blade? Looks like it's my kind of knife with the size, slim profile and oh that sweet sweet micarta!
Thanks! These two seem to get along with each other quite well. Both are 01 and both are sporting green canvas Micarta. The little fixed blade is a Ver Steeg Blades Imp. It is a spectacular little companion.

Great looking Jerry, nice bullnose!
Thank you much!

Slightly modded Sodbuster.
I have a maroon micarta version left fully bladed, but I felt this one asked for a change.
I'm going to get right to the point here, I like the new blade profile.

Alright.... I'm getting too punny for my own good. I should go drink more coffee.

I don't know if I'll get a chance to carve a pumpkin today, but just in case:

I sincerely hope you do. If you do, just remember that we're going to need some pumpkin gore.

That's a good looking 110! Is that the American Oak? Also curious which blade option you chose (I didn't know any of the steels they offer would patina like that).

Thanks, it is oak. The steel is 5160. I guy recently did a somewhat small run of 110s in oak and charcoal dymondwood. There is a thread about it over in the buck subforum.
Gary and Wazu, yall are sporting some good looking stag today.

Bret can make you fall off the wagon in knife buying in an instant!

And he'll make you sell some of your collection just so you can buy another!! 3-5/8" trapper. I was on his list for one of these in the same size but his sale on the exchange proved to be fruitful...all the way down to the blue liners that I was going to get! Plus side...I can now adjust my order for when my name comes up (dogleg!?)...BOOYAH!
