What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Tom... If that TC doesn't get the pocket time it needs here send it north of the border and I'll take care of the problem. ;)

The wife has been getting into "Air Plants" recently. Might as well have some fun… :D
Hope everyone is have a great weekend!

Lol, thank you kindly for the offer Dan but I think I might just hold on to it for a bit more :). Great pic of your F&F .

For me today, I think the SAK is a Harvester, it has that pruning blade that is great for opening plastic packaging.

Nice shot of the Ancient, Jack! It's a cloudy day here too but it could be worse. Just west of us Buffalo, NY broke a 116 year old record for not having any snowfall yet.

...

One in the pocket and one on the belt for me today.

Thanks Gary, the wind has been howling all day here, and its rained every day for weeeks, but strangely, if you get out of the wind, it's unusually mild for the time of year. Two cracking knives there sir

Everyday since I got it in October.

It looks better and better Lemmy

Yet another splendid contribution Gev

Looking good

Great pair!

Jack and Primble
Thanks to both of you gents for your thoughts!! Makes a guy wanna keep taking pictures and hanging out on the porch. Primble, I always appreciate your knowledge and opinions and its those things that gives energy to this place.

You guys never cease to amaze me with the varied selection of knives for the day's carry!!

I decided to dig this one out of safe keeping. It's too nice to not give it some pocket time...and it's Stag Saturday of course!!

This Queen Railsplitter in D2. I have a love-hate relationship with this knife. The action is gritty and I have to push-pull the blades into the opened and closed positions. But the design suits me to a T and the finish is so nice that I still carry it. It just has a scuzzy action to it.

Totin this Chestnut Sowbelly today. IMO, a bargain and one of the best knives in the Case lineup ;):D

A poor pic due to the daylight being a thing of 3 hours or so now, but I hope it gives an idea of the feather effect on this horn handle.

Robert Klaas, Kissing Cranes Germany. c 9cm/3.5" Sunk-joints, single-spring. Maybe 50s/60s? Seems near unused, but it's going to be:D:thumbup:

Outstanding horn on that knife, Will!!

...Hoping everyone had a Tip Top day!:D

...Glad to have this to add to my Catt collection. There is a picture and description of it in my 1930's Cattaraugus Catalog, where they call it the famous Whitt-L-Craft. :)
Coool Catt, Primble!

Old picture, but it was my carry for the day:thumbup:

Ron, that rusty rail (or whatever the background is) really brings out the fabulous patina on your 73!

Everyday since I got it in October.

Lemmy, the shining edge on the patinaed blade looks splendid!

Stunning Sowbelly, Ron! May I show your post to my wife as part of my campaign to get one of those knives for Christmas?? :D

These two were in my kitchen all this week.
A Rough Rider Half Hawk - this knife is bigger than I usually carry, but I've come to appreciate it's shape (blade and handle) more and more:
