What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

The knife and times of a theologian... I've been carrying this one for a few weeks now, and I am loving the size. I would love to get a TC, GEC, Northfield, or other nice Barlow someday, but being a poor Bible nerd precludes me from having my dream knives. This one is just nice enough to keep the cravings at bay for now!]

Greek, eh? Kudos. PM me your address. I got something for ya, maybe it will assuage the knife dreams!

Just as I was paging through the mental database of Barlows to see if I could send you a more substantial or notable one than your 494 (it seems I have large quantities but not so many of large quality :grumpy: :o ), the porch steps up once again and this time I'm the one who gets beaten to the punch. You're a prince(ss? don't want to presume :D), trevora32, and I hope and imagine that what will come of it will be something much more noteworthy than whatever Case or sealed-spring Queen or bone Utica I could come up with.

P.S. I don't even have a 494, but I'm glad you've made such extended use of yours. I've always enjoyed the lines of those particular Bokers and they certainly have no problem putting in work.

Agreed with Bob David

Fantastic LC from Enrique.

Man, that one is just stunning! I couldn't read the name. Who made it?

Eugene Shadley :) It's a real looker, both in person and in photo even more so.

Here were the users for today.

Some lovely knives there TB, and I am fascinated to see we've adopted identical storage solutions (http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1191610-Take-Your-Pick!-We-have-a-winner!)!

Nice pic

The TC looks great, but that IXL is quite the looker too!

...

Beautiful lambsfoot jack, Jack!

Thank you my friend

In my opinion, that is a beautiful Barlow, count your blessings

It's been a while since I carried this one, so I dug it out to put in the pocket this morning...

Just got this S&M Heritage and playing around with it today.

That knife is one of my all-time zings-my-knife-bone favorites, in lines, proportion, "clothes" (ebony and steel), and that shield. Oh, la. I've foregone the few examples I've encountered due to fitment and snap(less) issues at the price point(s)-- one at MSRP -- but may just have to cave one of these days, so great is my reaction whenever I see pictures of one.

Very nice. :)

Meanwhile, knowing I have a dirty-ish job to finish, I didn't empty the pockets of yesterday's now-dirty-ish pants; out we go again:

Full disclosure: there are enough pocketses in these sturdy work pants, I also have these along...

... and, um, the middle knife, a rosewood #38 whittler:

My carry today :)

Nice pair Jack , I especially like the Boker (and pin?) in your second photo.

Great looking combo!

For me today, the City Knife may be swapped out for a brand new barlow if it arrives as scheduled, the Primble will ride all day :).

Carried my Two 47s and my 73 this morning to take Nancy to work. Stopped by to see the Car On The Lake again and now it is the Car In the Water On the Lake.

Thanks for keeping us updated on what was formerly The Car On The Lake Harry! :D  Three beautiful knives you have there
