What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Jack, the bone on that pen knife looks great, but that Robeson is something special. I love everything about that knife!

Very nice pair! :)

These two pictures are so cool. I kept OIL...wow

Thanks a lot guys, much appreciated :)

Great-looking knives and a thoughtful gesture

Impressive Tom

Very cool Gary, I can just see you riding into town with Marlon Brando! :D

Always a treat to see that old stag Ken

Looking good Robb

Jack Black, are those pliers "Broad Arrow" proofed? John

Yes they are John, I picked up a couple of pairs recently - '43 Wilkinson and '42 Elliot-Lucas

Carrying these two today

This is the Mercator I think I will eventually obtain, because I really would like to see the brass patina on a good honest working knife, instead of some of the equal-end scrolled/filed monstrosities I have that are just impossible to keep "pristine". Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! The funny thing is actually, that the mercator has lacquer on the handle so that the handle wont take patina. I was fine with that until one hot summer day the thing just started flaking off. I did some rubbing on it that it would be just plain brass and I like it. Changes color all the time. I think I have to make some sort of "review" of it since I haven't done one in a while.

Feel better, Bob, and everyone who is fighting off the winter bugs. Take your vitamin C, and get some sun if you can. :)

Bob, I hope you get rid of that cold soon my friend. Hope you all have a blessed Sunday! :)
Even though this #79 goes by the name Workhorse, it always feel dressy to me. ;) :D

Thank you Tim, that 55 was my 1st ever Great Eastern knife and it does have some beautiful Bocote. I bought it after I discovered the world outside of Case and Schrade. I owe it all to the Porch! I am loving all these TC's you have acquired lately. Some very classy additions to your collection.

For Stag Saturday I will be totin' my 76 Outlaw Gunstock Jack. Have a great weekend! :D

Beautiful Outlaw Ron. The Viper was the knife that did so for me :) Sadly the Ebony and Red Soup have gone on to better homes for something you're going to love ;)

This is what I had for Stag Saturday
