What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Nice wooden Wednesday pair Dean - sorry your comments got zapped. ;):D

Thanks, Rob.

Haha thanks Dean. I feel as though I didn't give the ancient barlow a fair run when I first had one. Now that I look back on it..the hand touches like hammered pins set this barlow in a very charming light. Beautiful knives for certain. Nice looking coyote as well :D

Thanks, Tim.

Nice one, Gev.

Congrats on the eye-catching new Coyotes, Wilsonhome and Dean! A bold pack of coyotes is coming right up on The Porch lately!- GT

Thanks, GT. The Coyotes are a nice pack of knives.

Seven days of two Barlows - Day 5:

That's the Catt's pajamas, Primble!

I had the same carry two days in a row, but tomorrow will be a new knife day.

That 85 is fantastic...wow!

Thank you so much, I really like it a lot.

Gorgeous 85! Exaclty the configuration I would have went for.... But I was too slow. Ha
Also those Maratacs AAA's are awesome. I've had my copper one for a year and it's taken on a nice ever changing patina.

Imperial today

Thanks. I've been toying the Copper one as well for 6 months or so. I have a 'bad' habit of rubbing mine and the patina is taking longer. The blues and green are sublime on that copper.

Nice knife.

Back to enjoying the 3rd GEC I ever bought I believe. The old dog~

Thanks pal, it certainly did, I managed to get all my work finished before middday, and it got better from there :D I even managed to treat everyone in my favourite bar to a double Jamesons! ;) :D

Both gifts from very generous Forumites here. A Savenelli and a J.A.Henckles. Taken from the deck of the MV Loch Seaforth as I crossed the Minch on my way to the mainland for work. Beautiful day for it;

A semi-matched pair for me. I am going to give this Queen barlow to my nephew, but at 4 years old his parents think he is a little young ;). Thought I would give it some air and oil this fine day.

The perfect pair...just beautiful. Thank you for the compliment and the look!!

Nice one, Gev.

I had the same carry two days in a row, but tomorrow will be a new knife day.

Filling your pockets with steel on a windy day is good thinking, Harry! :D Quite a variety of knives in your photo. I like that gigantic Colonial with the distinctive covers. Is the Eddie Bauer SAK a Wenger model ?
