What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Been a bit under the weather lately so I haven't posted in a bit.
This one has quickly become one of my favorites.

At the hospital today (currently grabbing lunch in the courtyard) awaiting the arrival of my kid! I'm carrying the 2016 Silver Eagle and Case Peanut my wife gave me for the occasion and the TC Barlow that will be the knife I carry during here special events and hopefully give to her when the time is right to continue to be carried. What a day!!!

Awaiting the ultimate blessing!!! I am so happy for you:D :D

I walked over to the Farmers Market and picked up some beets. A cicada landed on my head when I was setting up the photo and I gently placed him in the shot. Just as I was about to take the shot he flew away! Don't tell Primble;)

Very nice picture and knife. You have a very different reaction to a cicada on your head than I do.

That is a really good photo of a gorgeous TC, Jack!:thumbup: Made me change my wallpaper again.

I carried a favorite TC on my walk this morning. Now it's in the watch pocket. The other knife is my current EDC and a great summer carry for lightweight clothes.

Jack and Paul

Great pictures!!

Post renovation:D I could have gone deeper on the main but that will work itself out over time and its razor sharp now. Action is smooth as greased lightning

Thanks Gev, nice work, a beauty for sure :)

Wow, a day you'll remember the rest of your life my friend. Thanks for sharing it with us, (also great cutlery choice). Good wishes to all :)

Thanks Dean, I had to stoop for that one, and a stray stem of grass got in the way unfortunately :) Great-looking TC

Thanks for the laugh:D It was a wee one. I appreciate your fine compliment! Is it hot today or what? I miss the rain...lol

Yes. I kind of wish we got rain spread throughout the year, rather than all in one month. Now it's just humid, and the mosquitoes have taken over the porch, so I'm going to stay inside and use my farmer's Jack to make onion soup. :D

Thanks, Jack! I was just admiring your Harrison Fisher in another old thread.

Dean

Lovely TC and with a great patina!!

Yes the mosquitoes are thick as thieves here too:grumpy: Onion soup sounds absolutely wonderful:thumbup: Have a lovely evening!

Thank you very much for the best wishes everyone! Some beautiful knives on this Saturday, especially all these Barlows. Seems like a popular weekend choice.

I pray you feel better Bob, thanks for the wishes!
