What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Been wearing one of my little Treeman fixed blades for the last 3 days straight. Gutted and filleted several large mouth bass, trimmed some herbs in the garden, and every day food prep for family and friends for over the weekends B-B-Q chores..

I just wish it still looked this good. :grumpy:

O-1 hi-carbon and 3.5 inches blade length, its one all around sweet cutter.

Thats a real beauty Sunnyd.

Thanks Navihawk & Lanza,

Jim Behring is one of my all time favorite custom makers and this is one he got 'oh so' perfect. She slices through fish & game like a scalpel unzipping the flesh with ease and applying the least amount of effort.

Here is a "new to my eyes" 2005 6254W Case trapper pattern in Ultra Violet jigged Bone that I added to the edc mix very recently, with which I am quite enchanted with, thanks to a friend here in this forum!.

Sunny, nice knife. What's up with the Levi's? Anti-gun statement? Metrosexual?

OOOOOh, you silvertung dagger devil you,

I recon this is meant to be offensive and to provoke me in some way. I guess all I can do is pity a nice lil fella like you that looks at a man's pants and not his slipjoint.. ;) :p

Oh well, to each his own. If you like men, so be it. But step away, cause I am very happily married with kids and am very pleased with my masculinity and the folks who know me here know I have been supporting the 2nd amendment since I was a young pup.

All the Best in Your Quest,

Anthony

Priceless! :thumbup::thumbup:

Anthony, Gary, let's leave it at that. He's been sent a notice advising him of the error of his ways. (Not nearly as eloquently as Anthony's message however.)

Now, back to "Days Of Our Knives"...

I just got this Ken Erickson today. 3 3/16", Antique Ivory Micarta, ATS-34. I think I'm going to like this one.

Congrats! (I don't think think enters into the equation. ;))

I wish I had a picture of it, but I've been carrying a Case 6254 CV Trapper in Red Bone. Unlike the one I picked up in stainless, the coloring on the handles of this one is darker and more uniform. It also contrasts nicely with patina on the blades.

These two for the last few days, Case 3-7/8" Caribean blue SS "split" back whittler, and my one of one :D custom bowie by Andy Sharpe.(ats-34, stabilized buckeye burl, and ivory spacer)
