I carried this awesome knife today.
A.G Russell, such a pleasure to operate and scary sharp! although this knife is contracted out to another country, this knife stands side by side anything I have used, lovely knife.

Hey Rob, I too bought one of those Whitlers the other day out of pure curiosity..again, a very well made knife, and looks to do the work-especially for the money

Yeah I can't wait to get some use into it and do a little carving...the lock release was a little sharp but I just sanded the hard edge off the corners and its good to go.

Today I carried this old 3 5/8" Winchester stockman, which I recently found on a vendor's back "shelf". The back of the blade is marked '87. Feels like it was made by Camillus.

Call me crazy, but the blade shapes look very Queen-ish to me. I have no idea if they ever made knives for Winchester or not.

Robert, Enjoy the knife! I still haven't carried the Case/Bose whittler but I'm working up the courage.

Totin' the GEC Calf Roper today.

With all the play the Eureka has been getting lately, I couldn't resist putting this beauty in my pocket this morning:

Kerry Hampton: "Eureka Jack"

Elliott,

That is as fine as a Eureka jack comes!

Thanks, Ken.

Come to think of it, I've kinda got my eye on this other one...it's a double-end "Eureka", don'tcha know...? ;)
(Sure would make a nice mate to Kerry's...I'm just sayin'...)

carrying my GEC dogleg jack and a Case 6292 that I got back from Case on Friday. They replaced a pin in the scale and polished it up for me.

I normally don't carry a traditional, but the beauty and functionality of a nice little slipjoint often draws me back. While tooling around at Myrtle Beach for a while, I'm sporting a little Case G10 Peanut. So far I've cut the liner out of a pair of boys' swim trunks, cut open a package of gouda, and removed the plastic tag from some sunglasses. I love these little ones, like the Peanut and Baby Butterbean.

Nice pic of that peanut noodle. I'm carrying my Schatt & Morgan Teardrop Jack in buffalo horn today.
