Yes :D she made and baked it between feedings every 2 hours for our 7-day old. I thought having a baby was going to be harder than this ;)

I even slept for 2 hours straight last night!
 
I carried my Opinel No. 8 while camping this weekend. Great not-so-little knife, feather-light and extremely comfortable in-hand.

Sunday's carries -- my niece really likes the Barlow but doesn't understand that the shiny thing inside the handle is wicked sharp. :cool:

 
I started out the day with slacks and a Peanut, but this afternoon while my boys were napping in preparation for their 2nd birthday party, I got a three hour hall pass and headed to the closest moving water with a spinning rod and my Landi PSK

I caught half a dozen small but spirited browns.... it's a little ironic, I went hoping for some planter rainbows to grill up, but got into some wild fish instead... weird thing to be disappointed about! I threw them all back as wild browns are not reproducing quickly with the competition of the big healthy 'bows and pike minnows

Congrats. It is a great old guy. Although I ground the blades too much attempting to sharpen as a kid. In my youth, it was the knife my Dad would hand over to do things like clean fish and such. Somehow over the years, it migrated from my Dad's pocket, to a tackle or tool box, the. To my pocket sometime around my pre/early teens.

Now I really appreciate it as it is the only knife I have of my fathers that was actually carried by him. Funny now that my kids are growing and moving out on their own, one of my few really treasured blades is a cheap abused Western. [emoji41]. I guess today's the day to reminisce that blade.
