What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Mike,
That Barlow is very nice!!!

Thanks Strykersng and Nathan, Ken is a great maker.

Today I needed an unnoticeable knife as I had meetings at a government bureau and had to go through the security guards. So I picked up my Camillus peanut and everything went smooth

Case American Workman Slimline Trapper, blue jigged synthetic. Just arrived today. I know it's Case's low end line, but I'm not thrilled with the blade play. I do like the pinched bolsters, though.

I'd send it in to Case, blade play isn't acceptable.

I plan on installing this 3 5/8" double-end "Eureka Jack" by Ken Erickson (single backspring) in my pocket before heading to town a little later:

I remember that one Elliott,it is Smokin' !!
-Vince :)

Elliott, does the Eureka Jack that Ken made have half stops on both blades or just the main blade?

I love that knife and hope Ken saved the pattern.

I love that pattern too...what a great looking knife-I could see myself carrying that pattern:D

Thanks, fellas. It's a good one for sure. Nice and light in the pocket at 2 1/8 ounces!

Rob, it's got half stops on both blades.

Thank you, guys. Case did a fine job on these Bose patterns.

David, the handles are molasses jigged bone. The knife is part of Case's Tony Bose Commemorative Set.

Can't get enough of that Eureka, Elliot. It's is a peach!

Nathan, That's some serious fit and finish on that Davison Swayback!

Carrying this Bret Dowell Trapper with a Semi-Skinner and Clip blades. He really
killed this one... I'm enjoying it!
