Maybe this will help get you into micarta a little more Harry. This canvas is the strangest I've seen. It changes its appearance on the regular. Some days it looks smooth and oiled, others it just looks dark, without much texture, and on other days, it takes on this rough with lots of color look.

Still totin' the new oily. It's got thin scales so it feels like it weighs nothing compared to the TC version lol.

I'm still learning this art of knife photography. It's almost embarrassing to post my own pictures when there are so many talented folks here, but I hope the inherent beauty of any knife somewhat makes up for it.
