What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Dean, that spey-bladed blackwood Barlow is Too Classy!

Thanks, GT. I think the darker woods can make most knives look classy.

This #14 in red camel bone came yesterday and I'm in the early bonding stage with it right now...

The red in that camel bone is so deep and rich it really captures the eye. I think it may be the most beautiful of all the #14 handles. Good choice and I hope your bonding goes well, Paul! :)

Nice...does it really smell like oil?

Today, I'm carrying my saddle brown, sawcut, Day's Work, TC Barlow.

Got this used #23 Bull-lock with grizzy bear jigging yesterday, at 4.5 inches closed not easy to just throw in the pocket. So into my Sharpshooter sheath it goes. It had a lazy walk, but after some work on the tang, is much improved and now has a nice talk closing up. The scales have a good s'mores marshmallow look. This one was actually involved in a fire.

As usual, great knives everyone!

Thanks for the comment on the tomato 66 Gary.

Great looking torched stag Paul and terrific red camel bone 14 to another Paul.

I went with these two today.

An Eric's Jack and a 2013 forum knife.

Have a good one!

Good day, folks. A nice fellow gifted me this Schrade Walden 141 "Bear Head" . I used it around the house house yesterday.... I always feel these old knives are sad to sit in a box unused so I try to get them out to do a little work when I can.
Thank you all for the nice words about the Black Box Stockman. BTW, do any of you know who made these Black Box knives for Winchester?

Oh man that knife is really neat, love stuff like that

A highlight of my day is to drop in on this thread...never disappoints.

Great knives and pictures everyone:thumbup:

Got this one of the exchange from Jake shortly after their release (thanks Jake). Mikes Barlows are a great size and compliment Charlies #15 TC's.

I tend to grab this one when working with solvent based products during the day.

Thanks Harry, I was reluctant in regards to Micarta at first. I justified it by doing some research and found that it predates covers such as delrin:cool: That's if my memory is correct:o

Carried this one with me again today.

You have quite an eye for composition Barrett...another BEAUTIFUL picture buddy:cool:
