Nice Picture! I should pick up a silver watch chain to go with Dog Paw. Right now I only have gold chains to go with my gold pocket watches. I do have one silver pocket watch so need it for that anyways.... I guess I have until cooler weather though when I go back to wearing jeans...

Thanks Driften, but this cooler weather you speak of, what's that? Right now in NY 96 degrees with 70-80 percent humidity. Can't wait for snow so I can complain about that.

Oily Creek bone lick creek for me today. I love the almost purple-ish tones in the bone.

Thanks bud. I hunted one of these for quite some time and was fortunate enough to trade into it with a generous friend here on bladeforums. It is about the closest thing to perfection that I have handled from GEC.

Postman just handed this one off to me, just in time for Stag Saturday!
A well loved piece, never sharpened, took it to the strop and it went straight into the pocket for Stag-Saturday. Knives like these deserve to carried

Vibrant is definetally the word!
I was SO happy when it came and had great variations/shading of bright and clear colors!

Sent from far too fancy of a device for this far intro the woods...

Today is a gentlemen's bowie by the late, John White M.S. in hand forged 1084 with bark ivory handles, frame construction, with a stunning sheath that Paul Long made for me, 1 of 2 Paul Long sheath's for this knife. In my pocket, Tony Bose Texas jack.
