Thanks, GT! You are really knocking it out of the park with your photos of that Sodbuster, Jr. ...

Today I've got a Stawberry Sundae out for its maiden pocket voyage.
Thanks, Greg. That Conductor whittler is something else!! Have you reworked the blades a bit?
Thanks GT! It's the OD linen micarta from GEC. I love the way it's aged so far. ...
I admire your frequent carry of that auspicious Magnum! Funky yo-yo, too!
My Case Peanut and a old flip-it knife from West Germany
Pete
Always rewarding to see your Peanut, Pete, and that flip-it knife is WAY cooler than one I got from a friend about 40 years ago that he was handing out to advertise his grain elevator!
...
Thank you for your comment GT - your chestnut Sodbuster is my pick of that liter. ...
Thanks, Primble; I'll bet for a fisherman like you, your preference is influenced by that old wooden boat in the background!
...
New addition for me....
Congrats, Jake; that's pretty much a perfect pocket knife!
Flood waters were 1/2" below the threshold of my brother's house after the first day of a 3 day rain event. I'll trade, for sure! Leading into this rain event, our heat index was 110*F, so choosing between that and sand bagging a house... Lets just say that it's miserable all around. I do not recommend for people to come to south Louisiana in the summer time. Haha.
Sounds less than ideal, Shawn! Hope you get a break soon!
...
Just got the larger one, so I'm carrying both the Moki's today!
Multiple Moki magic!! Awesome, Elgin!
I grew up as a Farmboy, but I NEVER looked THAT good!!
It has been one of these 3 for the last few months. This weekend it will be the stag. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. ...
Welcome back, Brett; that's a tremendous trio you have there!
Can't beat breakfast for supper!
I'm with you, Shane! For our last supper of vacation Friday, we had bacon, eggs, and hash browns!
...
Switched up to my new Mini Trapper. Trying to see if my dye job is going to stay the same or get some more work done to it.
Looking good, Shawn; is that the amber bone Case you showed off recently?
...
Carrying this wonderful Pony Jack I purchased from Bob, clad in gorgeous ebony covers by Glenn, two great forum members have input with this knife, making it very special
Scintillating knife, Paul, with a history of splendid people involved!

1st day with the new 14 in the pocket. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Attractive 2-blade 14, Mike!
Jewelry today for me.
Alan
Alan, that DogPaw Conductor is very striking! Did it have a bail on it when you posted photos earlier?
Thanks Driften, but this cooler weather you speak of, what's that? Right now in NY 96 degrees with 70-80 percent humidity. Can't wait for snow so I can complain about that.
Alan
Oily Creek bone lick creek for me today. I love the almost purple-ish tones in the bone.
Thanks for the close-up of that knife!

What's the coin?
I'm enjoying your pairs related by handle materials, GuestWho!
Postman just handed this one off to me, just in time for Stag Saturday!
A well loved piece, never sharpened, took it to the strop and it went straight into the pocket for Stag-Saturday. Knives like these deserve to carried

Carrying these two today

Have a great Sunday everyone
Couple of real showpieces, Jack!!
First-class version of that 2014 Forum knife, P&G!
Carrying this today - it was a $10 reclamation project that turned out pretty nice. Typical rusty, crusty old knife brought back to life with a little penetrating oil, some 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper dipped in Hoppe's No. 9 and a little polish to restore the shine on the blades and handle scales. Nice old Barlow.
[/IMG]
"Nice old Barlow" seems faint praise for that New Holland!!

The curved sawcut marks are pretty special!
Here are some knives I had with me on vacation the past two weeks, even though I didn't exactly carry them. I intended to "work on them", one way or another, but never got around to it!
A Kutmaster stockman with both springs broken that I actually bought while on vacation a year ago. I figured I can at least use it to practice sharpening.
A Colonial electrician's knife that needs a little TLC.
A Colonial SAK that needs sharpening.
A Colonial "wireframe" jack with clip and bottle opener that needs more cleanup.
