Beautiful 79s. It's a pattern that I have found elusive. I love the single spring with spear main and coping second, a cracking combination that I'd love to try someday. The whittler I have often worried might be too big (even though they do the three springs Buck style, it's still pretty hefty is it not?) but I still regard as a beautiful knife, but the Fremont I'm afraid does nothing for me, I just can't get into that bohncliffe blade![]()
Maximizing the hot summer here up North.
With those handy three in pocket I think you can accomplish almost any project that the day my bring. Very nice!
When I was young my grandfather convinced me that fresh carrots grew from my ears.... Later I found out they did in fact come from a well loved garden he tended to... Either way seen this reminds me of those days.
Great knife and pic Macchina!
Talon in pocket today.

Good looking knife, Ron!
Very nice knife Ron. The 79 Frame is probably my favorite!
With the recent run of Fremont Jacks on this frame I started carrying my GEC Montana Workhorse as well... Conclusion: The excellent blade shapes on the GEC still beats the Fremont for a user knife!
