Was feeling a little blue so I popped some sunshine in my pocket this afternoon

Still getting used to my first and only Michiganian Olsen. I don't know what they used for blade steel, but it took a prolonged effort with the diamonds to sharpen it up.

Is that legal Dan?! ;) Great pic

It should be Jack with no sleep in between!
Both beautiful times with many friends and family.

Dan...the Beer Scout knife is appropriate for any wedding , in fact any gathering I tend to have some type of scout with me. And it gets used!!! Have fun!...especially if you are paying for those weddings.:D:eek:

Gentleman carries today

Indeed Steve. Bottles to be opened. Likes to be cut for drinks. Perfect carry.
Just an outstanding duo you have there! Those scales on the Ohta are...:eek::thumbup::thumbup:
That ancient TC is no slouch either. :D

Great pairing! Is that a Blind Horse Brumby Lite?

Wonderful shot of your Beer Scout! Was the lake one of the wedding locations?

I used to hate going to weddings, but I don't mind it so much anymore (assuming libations are provided). We went to my sister-in-law's wedding a couple years ago in Texas. When we arrived a few days before the ceremony, the groom was just getting back to their house with a keg of Shiner Bock for the reception. As I was helping him take it out of his car, he said, "They gave me this big trash can, too. I don't know why." Apparently he had no plan for keeping the keg cold, so I made that my job for the weekend. Kept the keg surrounded in ice for two days, and had a grand ol' time at the reception. (My brother, brother-in-law and I may or may not have brought a long some additional libations, of the stronger, Kentucky variety.) :D

I've been carrying this #77 Yankee Jack for the last couple days. Really love this knife, although I haven't carried it enough. Also really looking forward to the upcoming #77 Barlows!

It was Barrett and it was an absolute beautiful location and an amazing time. I may have drank enough for a Russian bachelor party to myself and paid for it dearly on Monday morning but it was worth the struggle to be around so much joy all weekend long.
That's hilarious that would YOUR duty all weekend. At least the drinks were within arms reach always.... ;)

Great looking #77. I've been eyeing one up here in Chocobolo for some time here.

Carrying my newly acquired Joseph Feist/Solingen repousse today - William Tell/Lion of Lucerne carvings. Cute little knife, and took an easy, good edge.

I'm carrying No. 10 today. I wish I knew what the 10 stood for - maybe a street address?

It certainly IS a 10 Dean :)
