Thanks, Shawn. Pretty pair of Cases you posted there. :thumbup:Beautiful Sodbuster, GT! That Electricians knife looks fantastic, as well.
Not a cloud in the sky today (Booooooo!) for my Peanut and Mini Trapper (Thanks, Paul!)

Thanks, Paul. Your red peanut looks fantastic!!:thumbup:
I switched from unmatched to poorly matched, but I like your suggestion even better, given the knife it describes; wanna job as copy editor of my posts??Don't you mean half-matched?
I've got a splash of color today for my mid-week carry:

Another pair you can carry with pride, Ken! And another thing I learned: Id never seen a Vic Watch Case Opener model before. Did some Googling, and it seems theyre readily available. Do you think a person could sharpen the edge of the watch tool to make it a secondary blade?
I'm carrying these two today. A GEC 25 and a Vic Watch Case Opener.

Have a good one!

It's a small world here GT, most folk are just a couple of handshakes apartI was talking to a feller the other day who told me he sat next to Joe Cocker at college in Sheffield. He wasn't very complimentary about his hygiene, telling me, "They weren't called the bl--dy Grease Band for nothing!"
Thanks for the compliment, that is a nice line-up you have, and a great pic of your Sodbuster
Thanks for the interesting story, Jack. Thanks for the kind compliments on my Sodbuster Jr pic, Jack & Dean & FBC. My pics of that knife were taken in a hurry as the sun was going down. My usual "knife photo studio" on the back patio had insufficient light by that time, so I tried direct, but nearly horizontal, sunlight near the alley along our back yard, and got results much better than I'd hoped for! Maybe I should take more photos under those conditions!
GT That Sod Buster and your pic of it are :thumbup:
This old '33-'41 Russell may just be my favorite barlow. Good overall condition, pretty sawcut bone worn smooth with age and use, good snap and easy pull - when I can't decide what to carry, this one generally gets the nod...

Two incredibly appealing Barlows, Atiger and Gev!!Identification: possible Papilio cresphontes GIANT SWALLOWTAIL

Splendid Maserin Sodbuster, Brett; that blond horn is gorgeous!
Memorable and dignified, Ron!Ebony for me today

Congrats, Harry, on the striking wood and the royal purple!!
lambertiana and Dantone, those are fabulous photos of a couple of very desirable knives!!
As usual, a fine pair for you, Jack. That stag Abbeydale evokes good feelings in me each time I see it!
Today it's my new Mason [emoji7]
The last couple of pages is giving me flashbacks. Gevo quoting the Beatles and Swaybacksteve posting "magic" mushrooms!
Oh well, back to the real world.
Alan
Beautiful Tim

Dean, that is a marvelous knife you posted!:thumbup: My GEC model recognition skills are not very well-developed; is that some kind of #68?
- GT
Outstanding, Gev! They are both beautiful, but that little pearl handled number just looks perfect.
