Nice fall pairing Harry. I like the 77 Proto. :D:thumbup:

Thank you very much Bob !!!
I am probably a little too proud of being able to get that 77 Proto from CK when they put it up for sale , but I really like a lot. I really did not expect the word Proto to be visible in the photo.
I also like to carry those 2 together.

Harry

Thanks Shawn, appreciate that my friend. How are you liking the 18 vs the peanut?

Thanks, Travman.

Brett, while I love a spear point blade, I feel that the Beagle may be a bit limited by having a spear main. The Wharncliffe on the Coyote and the Clip on the Peanut both feel more... capable than the Beagle. The swedge on such small real estate makes the blade feel round to me. It doesn't have that laser-like feel of a Peanut or Coyote. I love the size and thickness of the handles. Admittedly, I haven't been carrying it as much as I should. With more pocket time, I may discover that the spear point is not a limitation at all.

What are the specs on that knife? It looks substantial. It has a presence to it. Handle material?

Some beautiful knives being shown folks (still missing a few due to internet problems :( )

That's an outstanding Bowie Kris

Congratulations John, superb addition to your stellar collection, and I love the stovepipe kick

THat looks great Ron

Very elegant :)

You've captured that well my friend :)

Nice pairing Harry

Back with these two today ;)

Brett - That Smooth Ivory 73 is one of my favorites!
Harry - Your Smooth Autumn 77's are a beautiful pair.

That looks great Ron

Jack - Thanks for the compliment my friend.:) That's a nice pairing you have today.

This one came in the mail yesterday. The pull pull could dislocate your thumb. I considered the pull on my other 11031 a 10, but this one is about 25% tougher.

I like a good bear trap as long as it has an EO notch. That frame accommodates one very well aesthetically and functionally. Go for it :)

Hopefully this exceptional knife compensates for the less than exceptional background. :grumpy:

These knives are pinchable, but an EO notch might be nice. I looked for a picture of one done, but didn't see any. If anyone has ever put an EO notch on one of these, I'd love to see it.

Thanks, it's taken a while and $$$ but I think I'm beginning to narrow down my favorites.
