Nice to see you back, Primble! Of all the TC Barlows created I think THAT is the SINGLE most extraordinary example...just amazing texture and color on those scales!

...
GT! I'll miss your daily entertainment in this thread and seeing the 75 knives you daily carry! :p
...
Shawn, I still hope to post my some of my weekly carries fairly frequently; that doesn't take much time. (I think the number of knives I carry daily is closer to 7.5 than to 75 - decimal points definitely make a difference! ;):D)

...
Back with these two today ;)

Eternal beauties, Jack! I thought of the second one when I was returning from a school I visited last week, driving down an unfamiliar semi-rural road in the hope of avoiding inevitable traffic jams on the main highway. I passed a side street named Abbeydale. ;)

...
Today I am among the Guardians. ;) Have a good weekend! :D

In the kitchen this week, I used an Otter work knife and my trusty first folder from circa 1960

Come on, what's an order of magnitude among friends? ;)

I really like that first folder of yours. How cool that you still have it!

Thanks, Travman.

Brett, while I love a spear point blade, I feel that the Beagle may be a bit limited by having a spear main. The Wharncliffe on the Coyote and the Clip on the Peanut both feel more... capable than the Beagle. The swedge on such small real estate makes the blade feel round to me. It doesn't have that laser-like feel of a Peanut or Coyote. I love the size and thickness of the handles. Admittedly, I haven't been carrying it as much as I should. With more pocket time, I may discover that the spear point is not a limitation at all.

What are the specs on that knife? It looks substantial. It has a presence to it. Handle material?

Appreciate the info brother. Im really thinking I need one more small knife. :D. The knife of mine pictured is the Tidioute 73 of GEC W/ smooth ivory bone.

Welcome back Mr. Primble !!!
Very nice carry .

 Gorgeous!

That's THE ONE, Rob! Beautiful and makes me weak in the knees each time I see it. So many layers of color, so many layers of texture! Thanks for sharing!

Very much appreciated Harry, Dean, and Robb.

I got an email yesterday informing me that my Platinum member status was going to be downgraded to Registered User if I did not pay up soon - I decided that I better renew or else all of my user pics and messages might vanish !! ;):D
