What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

:p stockman242 - In non automatic mode the Lone Wolf is pretty traditional. It opens and closes manually and has a liner lock.... That seems fairly traditional to me anyway.... :p

Really nice knives everybody!

I have been carrying my little Rough Rider faux-tortoise Peanut this week. I wish that Case would some some Peanuts or small Jacks with old school celluloid(ish) handles.

GEC 73s.jpg

These two fellas are riding with me today. Both GEC #73's. The top one is "goldenrod" paper micarta. (there- I finally posted a pic of it!) The ivory casein just showed up over lunch, and it's lovely. The casein is not solid white- it has subtle striations. Very nice. Sorry about the grubby fingerprints!

I can't wait for the black micarta version to show up and round out the set.

Now if someone could only convince Great Eastern to make the double-bladed #73 in Ebony........

RR Rifleman folding hunter... and one of my artsy pics, playing with weathered/vintage ideas with my "Indy" hat and adventure gear... (just saw Indy 4 this week)
