What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Happy New Years all. I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season!

GEC #14

I'm just lounging around the house today enjoying the last day of an 11 day vacation and I'm not totin' anything today.

The rest of the week however, looks like it's going to be a Case/Bose week. This Case/Bose Cattle Knife finds its way into my pocket pretty often.

A conversion that I had this morning with a forum friend has caused me to miss carrying my Case/Bose Norfolk. As a result, both knives will accompany me the rest of the week at minimum.

Very nice! I love those Case/Bose knives. I'm on my last day of an 11 day break as well!

I had the feeling something might happen today, so I went to the letterbox and at exactSAT (Standard Aperitif Time #11.30am) a smiling Postman handled me a small parcel from Finland. What a surprise, a 2010 BF Queen, many thanks Will! What a fantastic way to start a new year! :D
The postcard title is "à la recherche du temps perdu", but I guess it could as well be Santa's home!

Et enfin! Really glad it turned up JP, was starting to believe the spirits (small fingers in letterboxes...) had spirited it away.. This Posti of ours due to cutbacks, sackings and stealth privatisation is running a service vastly inferior to anything I've ever known.. Hope you enjoy the knife and all the year ahead :thumbup:

Thanks, Will

Thanks, John!

It's going to be strange going back to work tomorrow. I almost feel like a new guy. Hope my computer passwords haven't expired!

All this time off is a reminder that me and retirement are going to get along just fine. :D

GT has inspired me to carry my Douk-Douk today, paired with the Lambsfoot Duncan recently gifted me :)

 :D

That Purple Sage is super, Dee! That's the one that got me interested in getting one in the first place; good luck in your quest.

Today I am carrying my yellow TC Trapper Barlow. :)

Thanks, Dean! I can see why. It's such an attractive piece of cutlery.

Seems like someone has become quite fond of Ms. Yellow. ;)

Spear sawcut today.

Bob, do you USE your knives? I can't really tell..... :p :D

As I mentioned in another thread, I was always reluctant on certain knives. Then I realized the greater pleasure of using them vs. taking them out to look at every so often. :D
