What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Tomsch That old Spear Jack is a very fine carry, a nice shot that shows it off very well too. Are those Cell scales by any chance?

flat Winchester Teardrop looks really choice too. Just got one of their knives last night -hence the poor quality dark pic- but I'm really pleased with it, thick bone slabs are impressive.

Yes those are cell scales. Not too much shrinkage given given the age.

Wow, that is gorgeous, Dee! I think you win the Calf Roper Slim contest.:thumbup:

I'm going to try to carry this one through the weekend, shouldn't be too hard.

Thanks, Dean! Gotta Catch 'Em All. :)

It may be the easiest thing you do this weekend. Great choice!

It either would have been stamped A.W. Wadsworths or W.H. Morley and had the Clover logo; both were trademarks of
Adolph Kastor & Bros. of NYC.

Here is info Codger posted

Its a beauty! I have a few of them and they are always well built I have found

You ruined my rhetorical question, Gev! :o :p
Haha..... just kidding buddy. :D ;)
You are correct.
It's a W.H. Morley & Sons (<--- stamped on the opposite side of the blade).

Be sure to share those gems with us sometime soon. :)

I think Kris was just pointing out a little detail that Joel Chamblin did to set his knife apart. Tony's patterns aren't the "end all, be all" way to build a knife. I certainly don't think Kris would claim anything but that Tony is at the top, as is evidenced by the praise he gives to Tony's work when he's carrying his Bose knives.

Speaking of Bose knives...I have the stockman by Reese with me again today.

I know I say this every time you show it but...JUST AMAZING!

I am not really a fan of a stockman , but I am a fan of any well made product , especially knives Jakes . That is just a fine piece of work . Thanks for the show Jake.

I've been carrying this gec 15 for a couple years now. It's been through the paces. All the "pretty" has been knocked off it.
