What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks for the compliments on my bowie and whittler.

Nice looking fixed blade, Gary, how are you liking S35vn?

These two are with me today,

ABS J.S. Tad Lynch with David Seward sheath and a slip joint by ABS M.S. Jon Christensen

Wonderful Damascus on both of those, Kris. I love seeing them!

I'm pretty happy with this little knife, Kris. It's a good EDC for me. Small, nice looking and a handy blade shape for around the casa and out on the trail kind of stuff. It was heated treated by Peters to 60-61 and I did put a sharper edge on it. It was easy to sharpen on diamond hones and although I haven't done much with it yet I plan on using it. I'll let you know how it goes.

I really like that little fixed blade, is that one you made yourself?

This is what is on my person today. I do not have much of a variety yet (something that is sure to change with time), so you might see the same knives... I will at least try and make the pictures interesting. :)

I like the Tidioute, good blade combo. If you hang around here long you'll soon be scratching your head wondering what to carry for the day!

I sent you a Private Message about the fixed blade. I bought it off the exchange. I wish I'd made it!

Ok done with the sheriff/justice center...back to our regularly scheduled carry!

I haven't seen ADEE since before Xmas, so popping over to Huddersfield tomorrow :) I'll have two dozen recent acquisitions in my bag, and this IXL Sheepsfoot in my pocket

Well captured TC :)

Thanks, Jack!

You and your cutlery never seem to have a dull moment. :)

Nice Gun Scout. (I think it should be called the Blood Scout). I missed out on those Northwoods leather lanyards so I had some made for myself and my relatives.

Thanks, Trav!

Yours seem to fit the bill.
Good looking, too.

Very nice, Dean!
It appears you and your new computer are getting along well. :D

This is going with me to work shortly. Let's hope it's a smooth week, not much of that lately....

Will - That smooth Bone is a great choice on that 38! A very attractive knife. I hope it helps things to smooth out for you Will!:)

Looking good Ron, hope you enjoyed the football my friend

Inspired by Ron, I'm carrying my ebony A.Wright Lambsfoot today, along with the HJ9 Duncan recently gifted me. Have a good week everyone

Jack - I did indeed enjoy the games, both of them! :D I enjoyed keeping company with my Ebony Lambsfoot. Thanks again my friend! Yours is a beautiful example as well!

Today I have been Totin my latest Toms Choice Barlow. :D

Great Knives and pictures everyone:cool:

Travman inspired me to carry my much neglected Beagle today. Used to carry a peanut for years but aching, nerve damaged hands lead me to bigger carries. This for a small knife packs a lot of blade...nice to reunite:thumbup:

Pulled out Davison 1054 today. Was my first custom knife, and the knife that lead me down the traditional path. And, arguably, one of my, if not the, favorite knives. Helping me cut firewood that fell out the tree, burn Christmas boxes, and just generally play outside today

Thanks for the compliments, these two in Cocobolo are with me today,

Salem Straub forge welded integral, Paul Long sheath; along with a trapper from Rick Menefee

Hi Kris, I don't know if there's a name for that Damascus style, but I nominate kaleidoscope. It must be very difficult to accomplish.
