What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Nice choice. That's a beauty!!! Love that shield.

I'm mixing it up today, and carrying a WW2 era Camillus engineer knife. Steel liners, great walk and talk, and lots of life left in the blade. I made a new year's resolution not to buy any new knives this year, but I couldn't turn this one down. 3 weeks of purchasing abstinence is pretty good though. Right?

Buzzbait, that Camillus ain't so shabby either.

I got to put in some work today and the electrician typically does the trick.
That is one of the nicest electrician patterned knives I have seen!

I feel like a stranger here, considering how little time I've spent on The Porch so far this year. February will be different, I hope!

FBC, that RR model introduced me to the sowbelly stockman pattern, and I find them hard to resist now.

That Colt and my RR look like they could be cousins. :) I know what you mean about the pattern. I have been on the look out for a sowbelly whittler....that I can afford.

I went back to the Winchester whittler. There is something about this one that just works for me.

Very nice duo Harry, old and new and really like the LF&C box they're on as well:cool:

Thank you my friend . I have some idea on the ages of the knives but I would also like to know how old the BOX is . I just know that I have had it for 43 years.

Harry

Buck 303 I recently won in a GAW!! Love this little guy fits perfect in my watch pocket

Thank You Bob!! (BigBuscuit)
Bob had this Case XX Split Back whittler on the exchange and I sent him a PM for a trade. He said no.....the knife is yours. :)
It just arrived and into my pocket it went.
You're awesome Bob. :cool::D

This is some of what I tote around most days: Hobonichi Planner, vintage piston-filler Kaweco Sport, Olight S1R Baton, and, of course, a pocketknife (or two). Today I went with the Sodbuster Jr.

As some of you may know, I'm partial to the GEC #66 (Calf Roper Slim), but who am I kidding (ANY & ALL 66's are welcome).

A good looking and varied collection, Dee.

I'm carrying these two. The Ancient TC finds its way into my pocket frequently; the Case CV punch stockman is a new acquisition that is trying out my RFP for a few days.
