What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank you, gentlemen, for regularly posting such admirable knives!!

That's a splendid spearpoint on your Grohmann, John! Much better than the clip on a Buck 110, IMHO.

Thanks! I took the Grohmann in a trade, not thinking I would really like it. But after carrying it and using it, it's really grown on me, and it's Canadian :). It's a big knife, however. Definitely a sheath carry.

Been toting this Dowell Zulu in M4 most days since I got it. Probably the best performing cutter I own

Nice Harry, I just recently got my first Schrade barlow too. I like it so far.

Thanks GasMan : A Schrade like yours is also on my short list to find too . I have been watching for one like yours for a while now . Like it a lot .

Jack, that pic does look like it was taken at the Titanic, cool effect.

Great looking Fruitport, Gary, I remember the run well, and the stag ones sold quick. Ivory, stag and rams horn IIRC.

Today I have this wharncliffe trapper, built by the extremely talented, Tom Overeynder. The "Trapper" themed engraving was done in a Bulino style, by Brian Hochstrat. Brian is one of the top engravers in the world, and getting better all the time. Blades are perfectly ground, CPM D2, with a very nice finish. 18k pins and shield. The old bone is from Schrade, circa 1920's.

That knife is sick. Just amazing.

The Stallion again and even gave it some baby back ribs duty for fun and was surprised how it cut them like butter . But must admit they were pretty tender [emoji846]
