Hey there to all traditionalists! New guy to this board but long time fan of traditional pocket knives. Thought I'd share today's knife. It is an AG Russell Arkansas Hunter.

I admire your ability to see everything in terms of black and white, Rachel! :D

Ah, but all the tones of gray are in the steel. ;) I added more to the patina on the Boker's pen blade today. It bit my thumb pretty deep.

I know I'm late to the party Gev, but I can't resist circling back and paying this one a compliment. What a beauty!

Gev, John, Jack, Greg, Alan, Steely, SVT, Perch, Blink, Harry, Factor all of ya, great knives:cool::thumbup:

Thanks Paul. I'm still loving that new Matt Bailey personal fixed blade of yours.

I love the jigging on this one. I don't recall noticing it before. May I trouble you to tell a little about it?

The patina is coming along nicely and suits the knife very well.

Beautiful Russell White knife Paul !!! I have 2 Eye Witness Barlows that may have been built by him , but I have never seen one of his own . Looks like it has a worked back ???? Is that Amboyna or Ironwood ?? Very very nice Sir !!!

Harry

Pocket time again for the R White - along with much dark chocolate and dark coffee :D

Harry - here's the spine........together with two others made personally by Russell when he was at TEW (they were made and sold direct to a friend, from whom I later purchased them)
