What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Louie, That's a fine looking peanut and we're happy to see you post it.

Hi folks,
I believe I should introduce myself first. My name is Louie and I live in Spain. I have been registered for a few years now, but only posted very little. Sorry about that.
I used this Case Peanut with real nice smooth bone to open a few boxes today. The picture does not do the handles justice.

Cheers,
Louie.

I'm carrying a Kabar Ka-Lok today. I had one back when they were first produced and liked it a lot, so I picked up a replacement off of the internet auction site. Just the right size for the pocket.

This Camillus the past few days. When it came it hardly opened and the blades were heavily filed (someone used file to remove rust and to sharpened it). After 2 days in mineral oil bath and few hours with finishing stones and high greet paper I think it came out nicely. I love this pattern and the clip blade looks great with that swedge and long pull. I'd appreciate any info about the knife and possible age. Sorry about the mobile phone bad photos

Thanks for looking.

Lookin' good, Tony. You should find a black tie affair to attend.

No idea about the knife's specifics, Mike, but it is very nice! you did a great job with it.
