Thanks, Gary! The Case Scout is 3 3/8 inches closed and it is the smallest scout I've got - perfect for watch pocket carry. Your kitchen duty knives are good looking; do they still look that pristine?

Yes, it's giraffe bone! I heard that it has a mixed reputation because some makers use it as cheap imitation for mammoth but some of the Northwoods knives have very beautiful bone handles with a very distinct look.

Agree with you on that almost . I do not have one coming every week but I did pick up an old Western folder today , a new 13 is in the mail , a Lambsfoot should be shipping any day now , and another 13 Stag is a possibility plus in late March there is a Blade show close to me . I really don't need a dealer to do an SFO or Gec to come out with another model anytime soon .
