What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Buck 301 that I reground to suit my needs. Laser thin grind on the clip and spay for when I need it and left a little thicker on the sheepsfoot for normal utility. This knife punches way above its weight class now.

Very fashionable, Ron; congrats on the new copperlock! I can relate to the highlighted sentence. In fact, my employer announced a modest voluntary retirement incentive program last week, and I'm seriously considering it! I'm just not doing my job the way I used to be able to, due to some minor health issues that I thought would be temporary but have now lasted over two years with the doctors still not sure what's up!

Gary - Thank you for the compliment my friend! I wish you the best and hope the doctors can solve the issues soon!:) That is a great pair of knives you have from two of the finest from the Porch! Today I decided to carry one of my new Bull Noses. This one is Burlap Micarta! :D

I feel like you're posting all of these treasures as a secret invite for me to come over and check them out in person :), but I could be wrong :o. Though, I'd like to believe I was right :D.

Nice I*XL Barlow, Dee. The jigging seems to wrap around the edges.

Today, I'm "totin'" my Case Junior Scout. This was an unexpected buy and is an unanticipated pleasure to carry, CF and use.

Thanks Dean!

So what you're saying is....... I should get one, right? :D

Splendid carry.

Out and about. This in pocket.

There's nothing like a loved & well-used knife.
May the adventures continue.

This was one of my first GEC's, and it remains one of my absolute favourites, I really like the #66 frame. Hope you're feeling better Dean, and that everyone else is having a good week

One of my all-time favorite patterns from GEC (especially the Calf Roper Slim).
It appears you have been good to it, and it good to you over the years.
I wouldn't mind seeing that one more often. ;)

(P.S.) Open says a me. :)

Fantastic red knife, Dee! Great pic that makes me wonder if TC stands for Thrillingly Crimson or Terrific Clip.

I'm carrying some black knives and some red knives this week, and inspired by Ken K., I'm going to post them together here today.

I always enjoy your great perspective on things. :D

If I had to sum up your carry for this week in two words..... it would be "fancy pants". :)

Upon gauging the abundance of straight blades in my chosen carry...

... I deemed it wise to supplement:
