That is an absolutely fantastic photo, Bryce! And an excellent knife.:thumbup:

I'm carrying this TC today.

Outstanding!!!! That's a relatively hard one to track down these days. Well done. Awesome main blade.

I just got this one in today. Internet research indicates that it was possibly issued to the Bureau of Aeronautics during WW2. The fit and finish is simply outstanding, as well as the condition. The main blade is remarkably full, like it had never been sharpened before I got my hands on it. I always marvel when I handle one of these old engineer knives. The level of craftsmanship on this specimen far exceeds most of what's available today.

Been carrying two at a time lately. Today I had my Washington Jack and my K-Bar Dogs Head Barlow ridding in my pocket.

Thanks Buzz.
Now your Camillus has some nice bone scales, besides the minimal use blades. Thinking a bit , I don't have a single scout knife with jigged bone scales. I still need to bring my education up...

Just a treat to see! Thank you for sharing these with us and don't be shy :D:thumbup:

Still my favorite Micarta handled traditional by far...

And you have been missed. What a marvelous knife and picture

Isn't your ATS-34 Robeson jigged bone? It's been so long since I had mine out, I can't quite remember for sure.

Edit: Yep. Yours is jigged bone, made in 1999. The knives in the catalog picture definitely don't reflect the true strawberry color of the production run though.

Thanks! I was really pleased with how close the yellows were.

I really like the patina on that sheepsfoot Barlow of yours. A handsome blade indeed.

Thanks guys! I have to make sure to come around here at least once a day again! I have been around the internet (my watch interest has taken the forefront of my time) and swung back to the Porch to conclude: this really is the best place on the internet with certainly the nicest people!

Thanks for the info Buzz, yup I need to research things more. This was at a "antique" store where a bunch of "dealers" have stuff, I asked on a price, cause I thought and presumed it was delrin due to how smooth it was even in the jigging. They made a call, deal made and I pretty much forgot about it.
