Oooh, I am anxiously awaiting one!

I think you're going to enjoy it a lot. Mine carries very well for the 3 7/8" size. I like how the newer ones have some nice extra touches such as the lanyard hole, sharpening choil, and crescent cut nail nick. The D2 isn't too bad either.;) (not that I have any problem with the 1095 in my version)

Gents, let's please not get sidetracked in this thread and get into off topic discussions of U.S. and overseas gun laws, which region of the States is better suited to knife or gun carry; or pipes, cigars, lighters etc. etc. We can take these discussions up either privately or in "Carl's Lounge" which was provided for just such a purpose. Thank you.

Sorry to take her off topic...I'll set it straight...knife only this time...

Found this cool old knife for $1.00 at a yard sale. It sharpend up quite nicely! It's been in my pocket since. Any info would be greatly appreciated. It is a keen kutter. Great snap, w &t, flush in all 3 positions. It has perfect fit and finish. The back of the main blade is marked 381B.

just kidding about the source and price ..... :)
