What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Went to the Cardinals game today, so I got this little Imperial out. At 2 3/4" it's about as nonthreatening as you can get.

No secondary bevel, this knife scares me sometimes lol...with my knife arm out of commission I like that I can open single handed.

A new picture of the one I've been carrying for weeks now:

I just love this little nut. Thanks Carl for getting me interested in them.

This one today. It's almost sharp too.... It's surprising how it disapears in the pocket.

I'm not sure if any were made with these scales, but I know there are single blade versions available.

I have a Tidioute single blade in Smooth Bone. Looks very nice but smooth bone is tricky stuff, it slips from your hand , dropped it on the doorstep the very first day I got it. Not a nice crack at all!

Today it was was a Chambriard Le Compagnon in ebony. Took it out in my pack for an afternoon stroll in the woods, great food and general knife this but big for pocket.

still carrying the snap-on stockman I picked up last week. I used it a lot on friday cutting knots out of my groundlines while doing some splicing. I was impressed how well it held its edge, the lack of rust spots anywhere after being wet with sea water, and there being really no effects of work on the bone scales. I can't be a one knife guy as a lobsterman...i like having a one hand folder in case of emergencies on the boat and use a fixed blade boning knife when actually lobstering but i can see this stockman having quite a bit of pocket time. It's moved to the right front pocket and is the first knife I go for when i need something cut.
