Thanks, Buzz. I've never actually handled a Kamp-King, but I imagine my Forest-Master is quite similar. I measure the spine of the blade at a hair over 1/16".

Very cool, George! Is that a Schrade USA carbon steel model? How do you like it? I'm carrying a stainless Chinese 44OT this week. I like the 4 different blade shapes.

Picked one out for the watch pocket today, the medium RR stockman in armor hide bone.

I have quite a few Rough Riders, but I don't have any Armor Hide covers. Your stockman sure looks great, Jeff :thumbup:; I think I'll pick up an Armor Hide canoe.

I saw this clump of Liverwort (Hepaticus nobilis) flowering in the woods today. You don't see blue flowers in the wild very often.

GT Thanks. I like the knife a lot, Camel feels actually different from Bovine bone.

If you get hold of some of that Armour Hide Bone, you won't be disappointed, it's sort of 'warty' good gear.

Hope your teaching days have eased up a little, you were having long days earlier on this year.

I've got a thick leather belt for that. It'll ride in the carpenter pocket of my jeans.
