What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Tidal Wave of finery here lately :D Just can't begin to understand how somebody could NOT be enthralled by the beauty and diversity of Traditional knives?:cool:

Ron Hooray for Dixie! :D Fine patina on that OO both handle & blade. I'm hoping they do something with that frame later this year CC has an SFO Skinner proposal but I could reach for a Clip/Wharncliffe or Drop-Point/Wharncliffe version any moment. As I've said before, an exact scaled down version 3 3/8" or 3.5" would be magic.

Thanks, Will

WOW! I ain't a Texan, but it's so gorgeous I'd carry it!

Not THAT replaceable my friend! Take care of it, I really like those Oak Leaf versions from DLT, particularly the White Bone version. It eludes me though.
Fine set of pics too.

Thanks, Will

I like to carry this random auction site find on weekends. Makes the weekends feels bit more special.
"zenith / marshall wells hardware company"

MOP game is lit :D

Thanks Dean! There are plenty of excellent knives being carried today as always, but the solider is a tough one to beat.

Agreed.

I know we're still in the honeymoon stage, but I think this pattern may be in my Top 10.

That's a good looking Whittler, Dee!

Exceptional Dean. That red jigged bone is superb. Would go very nicely side by side with TC clip red jigged bone. [emoji6]

Thank you! It would be nice to see both of those together.

And here's the TC clip ...

Yowza, that's a beauty!

Your knives are looking good (as is the "army guy")!

- GT

Thanks, Gary! Oh, you mean the toy soldier in the photo.:) (former Army guy says).

Superb example of TC goodness, Bob!:thumbup:

Similar to yesterday.....

Gorgeous x2, Dee. I'm detecting a trend. :)

Today, I have my 1970 Case barlow with me.

Something different today - Schatt & Morgan doctor's knife in orange bone. This pattern is interesting to study and presents a number of collecting options.

Great picture Barrett, I worked sporting goods year's back for Galyans (now Dicks Sporting Goods) I sold hundreds of Nakona gloves, in MY opinion the best gloves made:thumbup:

Thanks, Paul! Nokona does make excellent (and beautiful) baseball gloves. I've had that one maybe 10 years or so, bought it after accidentally leaving my old glove on the roof of my car and driving off; never saw it again. (It wasn't nearly as nice as the Nokona, one of those moderately priced, pre-broken-in gloves, but I do miss it; I've yet to get the Nokona as perfectly soft and broken in as that old glove.)

Still carrying the Ebony Crown Lifter today.

Thanks Drew. That Days Work soup bone is a show stopper.

Ron, another OO beauty. You're the ambassador of OO. :D

Paul, that 56 is sweet. Seems like you're getting quite attached.

Wow! Dispatch184, that is superb!

That is a truly gorgeous knife. Never seen that combo on a TC before. Thanks for posting.
