What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Hi folks,

Hope everyone is OK, and has had a good Easter weekend. Nice to see you back Andi :)

I've been showing Herder around the past few days, doing lots of exciting knifey stuff :) Mainly been carrying these two - my trusty old buffalo Lambsfoot, and a new larger model, I picked up while visiting the Arthur Wright factory :) More on this if I ever figure out the new 'stuff'

That's really pretty Jack! That is Buffalo? Wow!

That is really amazing. And that photo of the whole box of them! Wow. I would love to have that kind of choice sometimes, especially with Stag! I have bad luck with stag for some reason.

Thanks :) Yeah, I did look at one or two others, but it got kind of scary, I could have wound up buying the lot! :D Here's my two Wright Lambsfoot knives in 'Special Buffalo' shown together to give a size comparison :)

Carrying the mail handler today. Two weeks worth of unopened mail at my river house

I love them Swaybacks. :)

Based on the current trend, what's the most boring edc you could possibly think of ?

Probably a red cellador vic recruit right ?

I love the knife and don't think it's boring because it's so useful, but I only ever see people post and compliment pictures of alox models. Something I don't understand as cellador slots for the toothpick and tweezers.
I like that Vic Sears screwdriver.
For 40 yrs or so I carried a 2-layer SAK, because it was just the most practical and sensible choice. After a lot of looking for the one perfect knife, I think I was right the first time. Fortunately I can carry more than one.

I know the feeling. "let's see, Can we make a deal on this whole tray" ? :D

I'll have to get me one of those glowing Buffalo horns. I like the bigger size? Aren't they like 6cm to 8cm?

I'm still throwin' this '77 Case Copperhead in my pocket, just feels right. Someday I'll get a good shot of it and capture the depth of the color on the scales and the pocket worn and finger worried jigged bone scales. This baby was worried on so much the jigging has all but been obliterated. ;) :)

Powderhorn Jack was with me today

Andi's back. :)

Thanks a lot folks, I just couldn't resist getting the new one when I saw it in the factory :)

Beautiful Carmel horn Jack.

This morning it was a Natural Canvas Mudbug while wiring a friend's kitchen remodel. (GEC: PLEASE make a Hayn' Helper with a lock!!)
Showered up to run errands and take my wife out for her birthday and switched over to a Spring Green Stallion.
