What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Good words and picture Buzzbait. You know you've got many people now Jonesing for that Camillus Scout!

Great photo, Dschal! I think Bloodwood looks so good on this frame.

Been away for a week and only carried a 73 user. I don't know if it was the pattern or the environment but it was a revelation to just grab it and drop it it in my pocket. Now that I'm home it's almost as if the decision is based on my photography.image.jpeg

Great knives everyone--between the end of the semester and the pinewood derby, I can't keep up with all the great pics! Have a great weekend everyone.

Fantastic photo of your 14, Dee! Pure knife - no distractions.

Ok, I found this funny, can't help it, I'm a child at heart:)

Thanks, Paul! I'm glad to know I'm not the only overaged kid around here. :D

These two for me today :) Have a good Friday everyone, the weekend is nearly here :)

Gorgeous, Jack!

Cool pics and captions for your Cadet and Farmer's Jack, Dean!

My Peanut-like Knife of the Week is a stretch, as far as being peanut-like, but that classification lets me carry it a little more often ;). Cocobolo Simmons Keen Kutter (thanks, Mark):

Thanks, Gary. :)
That is a great knife to carry for a week!

I have "True Crimson" in my pocket today.

I was just browsing through todays carry... well a ton of great looking steel has been carried today, well done folks

Humppa, that gawith apricot used to be my go to snuff years ago. Used to snuff toque too. It's a shame snuff isn't popular in the USA anymore.
48 stag today. 98 cattle being shy and staying in my pocket.

My friends and I went on a rather long hike in the rain today. I brought these two knives along.
The Farmer's Jack looked for some cover from the rain.

Dean, that Lick Creek Jigged Bone is one that has sadly eluded me! I have a Smooth Ivory Bone, a Cranberry and African Blackwood Gem that I am proud to own. But there is just something about the Jigged Bone Lick Creek! :)

Alan, I like those Stag Clerks!

Cheers my friend, yes, the lighting changes it quite a lot, as do my simple camera and poor photography technique. That photo is filtered, but the colour of the horn in the image is much the same as how it looks. Here's the photo again, compared to an unfiltered photo of the same knife (with my smaller A.Wright horn Lambsfoot)

Jack, filtered or non they are outstanding my friend!!!

Alan, I am away for the weekend and I can tell you for certain that there is absolutely nothing wrong with carrying a 73 user. This OO will be my knife companion throughout the weekend! :D
